i had a problem with a battery 8 months from purchase and they would,nthonour there warranty and the staff member who served me was rudeBTW two weeks later i had to buy a new battery

Very cheap batteries and Very helpful customer service, they can even help recharge old supercharge batteries for free.

Absolutely horrendous service by this company! I went back and fourth multiple times and they to have my battery replaced as it failed and they told me to go to another Supercharge battery store to do the warranty replacement. I went to the other store and they said the other store never charged it even though they told me they did and their report apparently shows they didn't, and they also said that store does the warranty replacements to which they didn't!! I'm driving all over the place wasting time, effort and fuel and I still don't have my new battery that I was promised! I'm super furious as it's the long weekend and I don't have a running car because of this battery issue. Users on Product review have given their batteries all 1 star for failures all during warranty. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!
