Very impressed with the ability of the young people working there to think on their feet and communicate. We ordered sundaes and it turned out the machine wasn’t working and they came up with a solution very quickly and calmly.

Please ask people to drive to the second window, not have them sitting at the first window waiting for you to wave then down! I have not had HJ in 12 months and i know why! got a whopper with cheese no pickles, the bun was that stale it was like a brick & had pickles! I wont be back!

Cleaner than some other HJs we've been to around GC. Whoppers were good, fresh and hot. We like to stop here on our way back from hiking in the national parks.

Sent Uber order with drinks only and no food. I'd give the benefit of the doubt but this is the 2nd time this has happened and there have been several occasions with wrong order. Even at the store the service is pathetic.Please train your staff properly because they are the most incompetent bunch of teenagers I've ever seen. The other fast food places adjacent to this store don't seem to have this problem.~written from the drive through of the adjacent McDonalds.

Very comfortable and welcoming atmosphere now the dine in area has been revamped, the new Carolina burger was very tasty . But a bit too much ice in the drinks ???

Wow! What a difference compared with Labrador HJ’s (worst ever). This Nerang Hungry Jacks is great they got our order right and were fast! Nice seating area Great work Nerang!!!!

I eat here during the late evenings and I can say that it is a good place to eat Hungry Jacks.Freshly cooked during the evenings and service is nice. I can say that sometimes tables can be a little messy but otherwise they are clean and comfortable.
