Gosh where do I begin! Amy is a wonderful human being who loves all fur babies and has taken exceptional care of my little Willow while I have been away. Willow has been a guest twice over the past few months and stays in the Farmhouse Cottage, a spacious luxurious cottage all to herself with private access to an outdoor enclosure. She is absolutely spoilt when she goes to stay with Amy.I am a relatively new cat mum and was unsure about taking Willow to a cat stay, however upon finding Amy she was nothing but open and comforting with all my queries and concerns. When Willow is a guest, we are in constant communication, she lets me know how Willow is going and sends me through videos and photos of her time during the stay. Amy is also an excellent photographer so all the imagery is fantastic quality - I have attached some of the photos she took during Willows stays.Amy is meticulous with details - which I love. Willow has a special blanky that she likes to lie on, and during her stay Amy would move the blanky around the room to the patches of sun during the colder days for Willow. Amy also will warm the room for Willow because her little ears get very cold in the winter time. There is an endless list of what Amy does to ensure Willow (and each guest) is at home. She always adapts to each guests needs and love them like they are her own.Amy is also extremely flexible with pick up/drop off options and is always super adaptable. Especially with the landslide that has affected access to the property, but do not be deterred by this! Absolutely worth it.Thank you thank you thank you Amy! I couldn’t recommend Noosa Country Cat Hotel enough. We boarded our girls there for four nights while we moved into our new home as we knew all of the loud noises and rushing about would be incredibly stressful for them.The hotel itself is so beautiful. Every detail is so well thought out and you can tell that Amy really understands what cats want and need.Our cats were kept safe, cared for, and Amy was so lovely to deal with and kept in contact daily with updates on our girls which we really appreciated.Both of our cats have a tendency to develop cystitis and colitis when stressed, and because of this they need to stick to their familiar routine and dietary plan, and Amy accommodated all of this so well. We were amazed by how respectful she was in honouring their daily routines and practices in such a calming way, that we've actually brought home two cats that get along better than they did before they visited the hotel! Incredible!We’re already planning our cats next holiday with Amy. Highly recommend.

This is the only place I will let my cats stay! Beautifully curated, Amy has created an amazing and welcoming space for all of her guests. After their first visit, my two came home happy and healthy, and immediately got back into their routine without any stress. It's a beautiful place and purrfect for your feline family members. Highly recommended.

We are one of those pet owners who never even thought about leaving our pets at a boarding place but since finding Amy’s country cat hotel our perspective has changed completely. Pookie (our cat) had an incredible stay. We were blown away by the service from Amy’s thoughtful and consistent communication to the quality of the stay itself. Amy looked after and cared for Pookie like she was her own. Thank you Amy and the team for easing our minds and most importantly giving Pookie an amazing, stimulating experience. I couldn't be happier with the service I've received. The set up is next level luxe and Amy is the most beautiful, cat loving, human I have met.My cats have a better life there than they do at home. I feel so comfortable knowing they're being loved as much as I love them and that they're also having a holiday - watching the chickens, the randy turkey and other wildlife. Getting the most beautiful photo updates, so I can keep in touch with them is a lovely touch too.I would recommend Noosa Country Cat Hotel to any cat lover who doesn't want their cat to be stuck in a cage and just given the bare minimum of care (which is what I've unfortunately experienced elsewhere before). I'm a client for LIFE!

Guys I can’t recommend this lady enough I wish she was doing dogs too! I give my cat to her without worry! She probably looks after him better than I ! She is just one of those amazing animal whisperers ! Thank you for looking after Kanga and again next week while I will be in Europe ❤️❤️❤️

Since taking our cat to the Noosa Country Cat Hotel we wouldn’t take our kitty Ashka anywhere else. It’s in the most amazing, pretty location and the quarters where the cats spend their time is private and spacious but also the cats also have plenty to keep them entertained. Amy is also very thoughtful to all of the different personalities and kitty needs and so lovely to communicate with. What a find!!! Absolutely recommend!!!

We have just picked up our very loved Siberian from a 12 day stay at Noosa Country Cat Hotel and I can highly recommended this place on so many levels. Amy's dedication to owners loved ones is next level. Being away for the first time in 6 years of having our fury family member just made our holiday so much more special knowing she was being well cared for and loved. Updated with photo's and videos was an extra bonus. The communication from get go to pick up was 5 star. We did our research on who to entrust and so grateful to have found them. We now know we have a second home away from home for future holidays. Will not hesitate in sharing our amazing experience to others and looking forward to our next stay. Thank you guys x
