Steamatic have been Terrible to work with as a restoration company with insurance. They have claimed to have restored carpet damaged by sewerage by installing blowers and dryers in the house and charging the insurance company $10 000. No carpets were cleaned and no furniture was removed this resulted in more damage to the carpets and mould has formed from where the furniture has sat on the carpets.They have now claimed that the damage is not due to the flood in the house.I would not recommend them or RCC who they work with. Absolutely disgusting service and they were unable to explain to the insurance company of what they did as they did not have the reports back from there blokes on site.
