I’ve had good experiences previously with John’s but today and yesterday’s service left me very frustrated.- Advised me to buy the wrong product for lead paint removal (Peel away 1, I needed Peel Away 8)- Didn’t tell me the most important information when selling me the product- the one they gave me is more hazardous (caustic)- Didn’t sell the neutraliser with it- Had to go back to swap it, they tried to tell me I had the right thing- Kindly waived the $2.80 difference when finally agreed to swap the product- But then had the audacity to tell me they were ‘waiving the restocking fee,’ implying it was my fault?!Would have been a much better experience with a simple apology. Instead they acted like they were doing me a favour after giving me misinformation, selling me a more dangerous product and wasting my time.

Fantastic staff to deal with - customer service is 2nd to none.Great range of products and well priced; also, I don't think I've ever seen a cheaper (quality) shovel! 5 BUCKS! unbelievable... Bunnings, you can eat your 10%.Can tell this business is here to stay.Ps: it's like a brand new store with the new lighting!
