Very very rude, I honestly can not get over how rude and ignorant the two older ladies were in the shop. They were no help at all. Definitely not coming back

I purchased a pair of Roper brand walking shoe/boot online at this store. Delivery & packaging was excellent.The boots were immediately comfortable and so stylish; kept taking a peep as I was walking.Purchasing a shirt from them next. Thank you A Little Bit Country.

The staff are very friendly, walk into the shop and you smell that leather aroma, the items are a bit pricey but you are paying for quality of the product which i would rather pay for quality than pay for something that wint last. Highly recommended the store is clean.

Great range of products however when wanting to exchange an item and unaware of the policy I was spoken to very rudely by one of the staff members it's not the first time this has occurred. That one staff member needs to learn some people skills and maybe attend customer service training.

Not much of a country girl but accompanied a friend here who was shopping for boots. Heaps of great stuff and found a few hidden gems in the women's dresses which were super cute.

Absolutely disgusting customer service! Rude owner, terrible store policies. What kind of a business owner would hang up on their customers!! Vile customer service and will further never recommend this business ever again! Mortified with such disrespectful customer care.
