Plumber Ipswich and Logan, Q Plumb and Gas

These guys are great - here in less than an hour! Ross was super professional and fast. Fixed the toilet within a few minutes. I couldn't be happier, thanks Ross!

Major lack of customer service! Plumber came out, was rude and certainly didn’t seem to want to be at work. Damaged my wall in the process and whilst they said would fix it was slow at getting back to me. Their idea of getting in contact is to send a text asking you to call them. In the end offered to wash thier hands of the problem and not charge me. Would not recommend at all.

I have used QPlumb a few times. Generally good. However my most recent experience nothing was fixed and the outdoor leak was made so much worse by Mark the plumber that came out... and he left without fixing it and called Urban utilities... Urban utilities came out and replaced the whole water metre etc that was fault and Mark called me the morning after to ask me it was fixed and that he would send me a bill. He sent me a bill for $254.10 that was itemised including time to call Urban Utilities. We could have done this ourselves to be honest he didn't have to waste time on the phone just so he could charge us more money...I called on two occasions and was advised by the girl on the phone that they would review the receipt and when I called the third time as I was still waiting to get the feedback weeks after the girl that answered the phone just told me they were not reviewing and she took my payment details on the phone and put it through as I'd said to her paying wasn't the problem. The problem was that it was unfair for them to bill me for the call to urban utilities. I didn't argue with her... But I felt a google review was necessary and in the past i have given them positive reviews however this experience was so bad and no acknowledgement of any wrong doing... I know you guys can do better. I work in customer service too. Anyway I've paid the bill but not happy with how it has been handled if you had been more upfront it would have been more acceptable as normally you charge me on the spot and this time you charge me a day after checking if Urban utilities had done the job. Check the records you will see I always pay you on the spot no problems at all.Kind regardsWedzi

After getting a referral from a local real estate, I was keen to contact Q plumb. I had had not 1 but 4 plumber visits prior to this job being completed and no one came back to finish the job!!Q plumb were contacted and within 2 days were on site and the job was completed and the gentleman who came was more than happy to complete some extra jobs too!!Their professionalism and expertise as well as pricing, respect and promptness needs to be applauded.Choose Q Plumb guys you will be glad you did!! David arrived before the scheduled time which was great. He was preceded by a text message advising he was on his way.Didn't muck around and was done in about half an hour.Also brought the little tap and go payment device but the best surprise was the cost. Very reasonable.I recommend Q Plumb and Gas to anyone who needs a job done professionally and in a timely manner.The lady I spoke to at their office was also friendly and polite and efficient. Had already read my email when I rang just after 8am.Job completed about 10am.That is what I call exceeding the customer's expectations.

Real estate agent uses this service so I don’t have a choice. Installation went well, plumber was nice enough. They were a bit late but no skin off my back there.They have great communication over SMS, confirming appointment and letting you know when plumber is on the way.Hot water service works as expected and all the test were conducted well, installation is clean too. If you have a choice I do recommend them.

Q plumb and Gas replaced our gas regulator at our residence. Dealing with them was quick and easy over the phone. We were provided with a mobile number where we can send pictures of the job we needed to be done as well as the screen shot of the reported problem. We got the quote straight away and was a very reasonable. We were accommodated immediately as there was a cancellation. And the job was done as stated on the gas fitter/ technician's report. It was a job well done with a confirmation and compliance certificate sent thru to our email. Higly recommended! Thank you for your honest service!

Amazing tradespeople. I have used them at my property a number of times and they always provide excellent description and analysis of each problem and go above and beyond what I get from any other tradespeople. It can be extremely difficult managing a property while not living in it myself but Q Plumb and Gas look around and find additional faults, on the most recent time finding a faulty shower head and replacing it while they were at the property, and it is a godsend. I genuinely appreciate your work so much and you do an excellent job.
