The food here is always on point! Love the butter chicken & goat curry. The naan is always so good also. The staff are friendly welcoming.

I’m not someone who leaves bad reviews. Unfortunately I had such a terrible dinner from Curry Guru today that I had to bother myself to sign in and share my experience.Had ordered Aloo Gobhi, but I received Oil-Gobhi. The veggies were quite literally floating in oil, the curry felt stale and tasteless - quite bland, despite requesting for it to be medium-hot spicy. I had ordered Gulab Jamun as dessert, but it was broken and soggy in the sugar syrup when I opened the container (also tasted bad).I’m aware that restaurant food is usually oily, especially Indian cuisine. However, it’s disappointing to see such blatant disregard towards the quality of food that you are serving people to consume. A very unsatisfactory experience, especially when you have been starving!

I ordered takeaway from menulog.Paneer tikka - flavor was good, but, the pieces were bigger than expected and that causes an issue - the marinate and spices remain restricted to the outer part. Though the chef had cut into the paneer and tried to add flavor, it would have been better if pieces were smaller. Secondly, there was green food colouring used, which I personally don't like, but not a big thing.Malai kofta - nice, good portion size and sauce to kofta ratio, no complaints.Naans - I had a stuffed kulcha and kashmiri naan. Again good stuffing and flavours. Only thing I can complain about is that they were a bit thicker than expected but no biggie.Mint sauce - wish I had more. One small serve was too less for the amount of paneer. Also, it could use a bit more mint to give it an extra bit of hit.Staff - great ladies behind the counter, nicely greeted and served with a smile. 5 stars. The restaurant itself looked a bit old and dated. A bit dull on the interiors, But i don't mind as long as food remains good.

Not even a 1 star I could give this place as a regular customer of 3 years. Arrived at the restaurant at 7:10. Food was ordered at 7:35. Waited over an our to even be served drinks let alone food. I looked over at another table of people who had only arrived and within 5 minutes had their order taken and drinks served. I suppose you have to be Indian to be treated with respect as a customer. Left the restaurant after confronting a server over what I witnessed. Wil never return again. Spent my money at Dehli nights in hoppers instead and don't regret it.

Seriously best Indian food I have ever tasted. Everything was fresh and hot. The flavours were outstanding. I’ve had Indian from a few places. I can tell you I won’t eat Indian anywhere else again, after trying this place. Do yourself a favour, finish reading this review and get your butt down here!

Stopped in for dinner on the way home from the Avalon airshow and unfamiliar with the area, just chose out of hungriness and was not disappointed. Friendly staff and the food was amazing. Would happily eat there again if I lived closer!

My favourite Indian restaurant in Wyndham. The food is delicious, the chicken is good quality and super tender. Always received friendly service and the prices are very reasonable. I was unsure if they were still doing delivery during COVID restrictions and good news, they are!

Best butter chicken in Australia!! Creamy, velvety & chicken is so tender. Have been going once a week for months now. The entire menu is amazing & delicious. The saffron rice is not only gorgeous & vibrant in colour but is always cooked perfectly. Pairing any of their delicious curries with their cheesy garlic naan & you’re transported immediately to the streets of India.very reasonably priced dining in & even better takeaway. Their lunch special is a bargain & includes everything including a drink. The staff are always polite & welcoming. Their service is amazing & their restaurant is very clean with a friendly atmosphere. Highly recommend this restaurant to enjoy a meal out with family & friends. The option for takeaway (if you can’t finish your meal) is a bonus too.

My experience at Curry Guru was pleasant! The waiter was very accomodating and everything came out in a timely manner. They serve alcohol here to accompany your meal. The chicken tikka was so moist and tasty but my absolute favourite was the naan bread. Naan bread here is so cheap (only 2.50) and it’s huge. The bread is fresh, hot and squishy. The bread had to be my absolute favourite. The curry’s here aren’t heavy and full of spices compared to traditional places so I think it’s great for those who want to try curry for the first time or have sensitive palates.Give it a go!
