I got a voicemail from this place. I rang back. They didn’t know what’s going on and then put me on hold. They hanged up on me as I had waited 5mins. I rang back to see what’s happened. I got told a new person had just started but no apology about hanging up. I spoke to an another person who would not listen. I tried to tell her what went on. She became aggressive. It was like being at Luna park. This is so suppose to be a medical centre but they are just plain out rude and disrespectful. It’s enough to make u want to have nothing more to do with this centre. Go elsewhere

Overall, the doctors are well organised and provide a great experience.

I visited this clinic and saw Dr Muthukumar because of severe allergic reaction. He listened, asked questions and the result was a $350 dollar bill and a referral to someone else because he had no idea. What a waste of time!

Dr Chan was excellent, great experience with him, and I'll be going back for any ENT concerns. Incredibly knowledgeable with great bedside manner.The receptionists were nice, but I found it unprofessional that the desk was left unattended for almost 10 minutes, leaving me and another patient waiting to be checked in, with the phone ringing. Dr Chan himself had to go around to the back to get them.

Dr Chong, is an amazing doctor. Kind, patient and very understanding. I have been seeing him for awhile now, and he is so lovely. Reception Staff are accommodating, and called me when he had a cancellation.

The doctors here are great but the reception are incredibly rude. One of my phone consults never happened so I called to find out why, no apology or explanation. I was told in two phone appointments that I would be called by reception after the appointment. This never happened, and because they didn't call to confirm they sent my script to the wrong address. When I called to follow up again no apology and just very rude and confrontational. All I want is to be told what's happening and for them to follow through on what they say they will do. If you don't intend to call after appointments, communicate this to the patient.

I have visited Northwest Specialist for my nose breathing issue. I had taken so many medications prescribed by our GP but did not help.Dr Muthukumar patiently listened all my concerns, did a through check up and prescribed a spray. Honestly from the second day on wards i started feeling much better. Dr Muthukumar is a fantastic person who really care his patients. I took my son and daughter to his clinic when they had ear issues. Even though we have to travel from Airport west, we are very happy with this clinic.

To the receptionist at this clinic. So rude. Speaks down to patient. If you don't like your job. Leave. Lit of people in this world with no work. My dr I attend to at this clinic is wonderful.
