Nature's Nails KAWANA

Made me wait for half an hour and didn't say they were busy. Then they did a real poor quality job and rushed me through, over priced and worse manicure I have ever had. No lotion, or proper manicure

Just enjoyed the best pedicure with the lovely ladies. We chose the full pedicure and it was so relaxing and something I will do regularly with this store. Thank you so much

During pedicure the technician cut my toe with nail clippers and when it begun to bleed asked me “did you stub your toe on way here” and tried to blame me for a cut on top of my toe!!Was fixed quickly as a supervisor came over and I did leave happy with my nails - but just be careful!

I came on a Thursday night and was told to come back in half an hour. I asked for spa pedicure and manicure with french shellac and was told $70. The man at front of house was lovely. Lady who did my pedicure was very good although very soft pressure. I didn’t want polish. She was kind and scrubbed my feet well and cleaned up my toenails.Then I had the shellac manicure with another lady at the desk and she cut my nails. She started painting. I asked are you going to trim and push back my cuticles? She said you didn’t ask for a manicure whilst I was having my manicure?! She trimmed my cuticles then started painting again. I said would you please push back my cuticles. She became frustrated with me and said I already did angrily (she hadn’t). They started talking between themselves in another language. I felt very uncomfortable. Another lady took over. She painted my nails.I didn’t bother asking again for my cuticles to be pushed back. It was clear they just wanted to leave. I paid $75, which was over what I had been quoted. I wanted something nice to end a long day of work and I left feeling embarrassed. I won’t be coming back. I felt self conscious and disappointed with how I was treated.

The worse nail experience I have ever gone to. Staff was so rude, all nails are completely opposite of what I asked. They are all uneven and took 2 hours for a full set. Would never come back here. Chargers extra for everything e.g length even though they only just past my skin.

Absolutely atrocious service and rudeness when I came back unhappy with a shellac pedicure. Instead of asking what i wanted done about it the staff member proceeded to fix" the paint job and made it much worse. When she was finished she was angry

New management is horrendous!!My mum called me in tears because of the way she was ignored and disregarded when she came to this salon for an infill. She was brushed off and told to come back later, she patiently waited out the front for 30mins while other customers were instantly seated. Absolutely disgusting way to treat customers. Will never be returning to this location.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Charged me $80 for a full set acrylic nails with French tips and it’s the worst job I’ve ever had done. Don’t go here.

Been coming here for a year to get pedicures. Today I went in for a manicure with false nails with French tip. Obviously I don’t know the correct words so I brought a picture in that I had used in other salons in the past. I could not understand the manager / head nail technician’s questions so showed the picture. Another customer helped me explain. By the time it came to shaping the nail, after I again explained I wanted the nails done like the picture(length, shape, colours etc) and had the picture on the desk. I was starting to feel nervous and the manger was very aggressive. The head technician rounded off my nails and started painting them. I asked if that was the shape I was getting as it differed completely from the photo. She got up and stormed away. Another worker came over to finish me off. I asked her if this was the final shape. I again pointed to the picture. I became upset and started crying as I could hear the manager talking across the salon about me. I said I felt very uncomfortable and wanted my nails finished. I just wanted out of there. Well I got my wish The manager came over and started yelling at me and gestured for me to leave. I apologized for the miscommunication and left. Again in tears. Pretty poor service. I was embarrassed and humiliated and left with acrylic nails that looked awful.

Hi I got my nails done along with my mum and sisters, we came in expecting a fun experience but we're very disappointed as the nail techs spoke in their language and didn't wanna talk to us. They were very rough filing our nails and didn't want to see what we wanted done to our nails. Overall not a good experience and won't be back.
