We have been customers for years and THREE times this chemist has botched deliveries to my elderly mother, once she was delivered another person's medication, twice she's been left without!!!! The delivery service has gone from good to appalling. The hours changed and not open on Sundays. Taking our business elsewhere.

Unfriendly service, walked off in the middle of a conversation with me.

Was given the wrong pill for a prescription, which in itself is a dodgy mistake to make. Long story short, the manager was extremely rude when I called for advise on what to do as I had left Sydney when I needed to open the packet, I had to pay for another doctors visit to get the right pills asap and no one seemed to be concerned that the wrong pill was dispensed in the first place. Fortunately it was the managers last day when I called, hopefully the new one will be more customer friendly.

I think they are over priced I have my mum in a nursing home & they supply the drugs & they are very over priced I could buy half of the drugs for less than they charge

The staff were friendly, polite and helped me get exactly what I needed quickly. It's also a ParcelPoint drop off point for those that helps!

Worst chemist in Randwick! Their prescriptions are overpriced compared to any other, they stock generics that have had significant quality control issues like ApoHealth, who produce in Calcutta, India in a factory that repeatedly failed inspections. The store is always empty, yet staff are slow snd let you wait. They even print repeats with the cheapest ink and paper. Clearly this pharmacy is all about ripping off customers while providing the worst possible service and generic medications of questionable quality.I’m not going to name “good” generic brands here, the assumption is that all generics that are produced in factories that pass inspections are good enough, and Apo may not. It was repeatedly banned from selling in the USA, but not in AU. Google it! Why take the risk?Finally this pharmacy also serves as a parcel point drop-off, but they don’t print parcel labels even though the instructions in the Amazon App clearly state “show the code and the store will print the label for you”. Even if you were to print, the staff still let you wait.Avoid at all cost, even just for dropping off Amazon returns!

Friendly and helpful staff. Reasonable prices and availability of items. Sometimes you can find some great deals.

Great place to look for rarely available medication. The dollar voucher(s) cash back on minimum purchase are great value for saving.

The pharmacists here offer professional advice and services. Staffs are very friendly and would go above and beyond. They also recently offer the flu vaccine here and the pharmacist on duty was brilliant and kept me calm as I have a phobia of needles.
