Miss Sparkles External House Washing

Corey and Barry did an excellent job washing all the hard surfaces on my property. They did a full house and window wash, and pressure washed the driveway, front patio, back courtyard, side paths and breeze block feature wall. There is a mix of brick, concrete and sandstone with many years of dirt buildup. They arrived on time and were done in about 4 hours. I can't remember the house looking so clean. They were also great value compared to another franchised cleaning service, quoting about half the price. Thanks guys!

Do a great job at a very good price!

Our Strata Manager arranged for the external areas of our complex to be “cleaned” by one of their listed Trades. After receiving a very large quote followed by written notice on how we should prepare our home for the “clean”, we were certainly expecting better results. We are fairly happy with the windows on our first storey but our second storey looks absolutely terrible. We were under the impression that the quote included cleaning the screens however the tradies simply hosed the screens from the ground floor which obviously did not clean them. In fact the screens and windows upstairs are in a much worse state than they were before the “cleaning” occurred. To top this off, this “professional” cleaning company completely saturated our outdoor lighting which tripped our power resulting in an urgent call to an electrician to turn our power back on. Perhaps if you have a single level property this company may suit you just fine. I wouldn’t waste your money if you have a double storey property and you are wanting your windows and screens to actually be cleaned.

I am writing this on behalf of a friend who used this business recently. I visited her home after the “job” was done to find dirty water running down one of the windows. The front doorstep was covered in mud after they had cleaned the screen. Personally I could not recommend this business. It seems they were in and out within 30 minutes. Very sloppy work indeed!
