Turned a small chip into a 40mm crack. Could have been easily managed if a 20 year old rookie didn’t work on a $180k car. Should be paying my excess. Replace the windscreen?! No hope you're touching the car again. Your competition had no problem fixing it PROPERLY. Amateurs.

It was so nice to have genuinely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff who got the work done on time as promised. The lounge was handy and I was kept informed of the work progress. Highly recommend this team, great customer service from the first call to driving off with a repaired windscreen.

Waited 12 days to get my windscreen repaired. 30 minutes into the job I am told the windscreen they ordered doesn't have the defrosting capability and that my options are wait a few weeks for the correct screen or accept the loss of that function. I agree to continue as I can afford to be without my car any longer. Another hour into the job I am informed that the windscreen is completely incorrect and I need to wait for them to reinstall the broken windscreen and wait weeks for the correct screen to arrive. Completely unprofessional, recommend you go elsewhere.

After an agreed arrangement of price and job description to be carried out on my Nissan navara’s windscreen, I was hit with extra costs after clearly setting out what job I wanted to be done. NOT HAPPY, and certainly would not recommend this company.Next time Novis windscreens for me

Chip repair attended in 30mins. Cleaned all the windows, even the inside of the windscreen! Waiting area upstairs equipped with coffee machine, lounges, air con and water. Friendly service.Can barely see where the chip was

Literally save yourself the headache and buy a windscreen anywhere else. Have called half a dozen times and paid in advance to just endlessly chase these guys for months
