DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!! If I could leave 0 stars I would but people need to know about this company. I was told $690 for the job, added $15 per blinds and $10 per wall. Which should've brought the total to $910. This was not the case. I recieved a message the night prior saying they were going to be late to the Job, I was taken back as they knew I needed to drive 4 hours away that day! I said okay and thought that was the end of it, day comes and they arrive, just to be told that the work was going to cost $1100 and they needed a full upfront payment before starting the job (Wasn't notified prior to either). They held the job ransom until they were paid. I questioned their pricing and was told because the wall wasn't smooth it was extra but didn't tell me the exact price. I told them I needed an invoice back, detailed by the end of the day, which I never recieved until the 18th (Wasn't detailed) (the job was done on the 13th of April). On the 14th of April, I recieved a call from our real estate saying the house needed to be re done because there was still a urine smell on the carpet, I called them and they said it had to be done after hours and the real estate had to give them the keys, This was not possible. After many explanations they stopped responding to our calls, messages and never responded to our emails. Our real estate is now going back to clean everything and we will not be receiving our bond back. They are refusing to refund us even though pictures from the real estate prove that little to nothing was done in the house. We are going to fair trading to file a lawsuit on this company.
