Very good range of organic fruit and veg. I like that this section is not self serve. Very helpful staff are there to serve you. A return to the good old days, welcome at this time of Covid-19. Impressed overall by range, cleanliness and staff.

Provides me with a majority of my household needs, and tonic water and lemon, lime and soda water drinks, country type seeded bread and an unusually good selection of cheeses. The staff are good but they could be a little more friendly and smile too.

Rude staff! I always go to IGA Mosman to get things. This person just ruined my day, I went there on May 30 2022, at around 8:10 to 8:15 in the morning. I bought some tea bags and asked the girl in the checkout counter if the tea that I was buying are individually packed since it was not written on the packaging. Then I asked if I can return it if it not so, then there is this guy with a vest and a hat on doing some stuff on the cigarette section just rudely saying “ it is individually bag but not individually packed, does that make sense?” he said without even a tone politeness that you would expect from a customer service attendant. I would recommend the management to train your staff properly because it is extremely disappointing. I would give you negative stars if there is an option here

Enjoying the new additions but....... you need to put glass lids or similar over the hot food. By the afternoon its way to dry. And hopefully you have settled on where everything goes. The constant changes of products to different aisles made me crazy

I would concur about the hot food. By 6pm it is dry and losing its appeal. Brought a container of the meat balls - it was no better than a can of beef stew for 3 dollars. The butter chicken nicer but all the hot food should be heavily discounted after 6pm. Particularly as the hot food is gone by 7 and the shop closes at 9pm. Overall though a good store.

Terrible shop with rude staff. I know things happen, but in this shop they happen regularly. The last drop was a case, when scanner on the self-checkout didn't work, and we asked shop worker to help with our items. She had to use her badge to manually add items, but forgot to add one of them, and then blamed us that we tried to steal it and demanded to check our bags.Trying to avoid this shop, and only buy products there if other shops are closed.

Good alternative to the big two. Good selection of goods on hand, along with great brands. Unlike woolies and coles, they don’t fill all their isles with own branded goods, they offer a better selection all round. Staff are pretty nice, haven’t had any negative experiences here and have been a frequent visitor for over a year.

I'm not sure why all the negative reviews about the staff. Obviously local racists who do not like asian staff. I personally have NO problem with them, most of them know me by sight now. Regardless, always good service there. Their prices are a little higher than Coles/Woolies but as I refuse to shop there I don't have a problem with that. My only gripe, no fresh fruit or veggies like the one in Cremorne.
