Matt did a full service on my bike at my workplace - extremely convenient, turned up when he said he would with everything he needed, and at a good price. He is very knowledgeable and found and fixed a problem from the original assembly of the bike many years ago. The bike now rides like new better than it ever has. Would definitely use this service again

Thankyou.Brilliant Service and a smart business model, Matt was on time friendly, honest and knowledgeable. After an average experience at a local bike shop it was a breath of fresh air to have my bike worked on by someone who wasn't simply there to pump the jobs through but quite obviously cared about what he was doing, as well as building and retaining a customer base through great customer service. I will definitely be calling upon The Bike Van when its time to have my bike serviced again.

Matt provides a thorough service. He is friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I have contacted him at short notice in the past and he's been very responsive. Having Matt come to you is way more convenient than taking your bike to a shop for a service.

Just wow! He is the real deal. Matt was on time, super friendly enough knowledge to fix any bike. I got my giant talon 4 conversion into E-bike. Started at 4 pm, weather wasn't that great windy and bit of rain but got the job done. Appreciate his service, will stick with him for my bike maintenance . Great price too. I used Matt for an issue replacing my damaged dropper cable from an online order, and a quick service after ordering a bike online. He provided a really great service, cheap and quick, and super convenient. Will definitely be using him for any other issues I have

I would recommend Matt's services. I have previously taken my bike to a bike shop for a service when on my way to work, but as I 'attempted' to service the gears myself and stuffed them up I couldn't ride to a store like usual. However i'm glad I did as a good job was done my Matt, and he gave me some good advice when he returned the bike to me. Also due to the van not being available to him for a few weeks, he was going around picking up and dropping off peoples bikes back to them to be serviced.
