Distinguished Cleaning Service
It has taken a few years, and three different vendors, to arrive at a position where we have cleaners who satisfy our needs, looking after SAE and the common areas. This relationship extends beyond that written into the contract, with Distinguished being very accommodating in assisting in ad hoc requests for the numerous special events we hold on campus. In contrast, before we engaged Distinguished (and when I was acting CM at Melbourne in early 2017) I spent numerous hours each week managing the cleaners. It is a massive boost to my productivity and to customer satisfaction when our vendors perform their job well and with pride.
