It is my absolute pleasure to recommend Cullen Residential Building.Building a home can be extremely stressful especially a first time build wanting to build my forever home.Brady and his team were able to capture exactly what I wanted. The whole process from planning to completion has been an amazing experience. I’m overjoyed with the quality of workmanship. Brady qualities and traits- reliable, great communicator, provides advice on cost saving measures, amazing work ethic, attention to detail, organised and easy to work with.saying this we did have some challenges with weather and supply demands which Brady met head on still managing to complete my build before agreed time frame. If you want a builder to build your home as if it was there own home Cullen Residential Building are the builders for you.

Brady recently installed new windows and doors in our house at Culburra Beach. He did a great job. Attention to detail was great and he was helpful with the small things. I would recommend him if you are thinking about building work.

Excellent ResultBrady and his Team at Cullen Residential Building have recently completed a FULL External & Internal Renovation of my Holiday House at Culburra Beach and the results are Excellent & Outstanding.From the Outside - Complete Asbestos removal,and re-cladding with Colourbond Steel. Full timber window removal and replacement with Aluminium. Large sliding door entry change with Decking and Pergola to the Inside - Removal of all Interior Linings (walls & Ceilings) and replaced with Gyprock, with Down lights throughout, NewKitchen, and Bathroom and existing Timber floors Sanded & Polished which now look like New.Through out this whole project the quality of Professional Workmanship and friendly attitude that was shown to me from Brady and his team was Outstanding.Bradys Eye to Detail & Accuracy on every part of the project was Excellent and i was nerver left wondering as Brady would constantly up-date me as to how the project was progressing and if any concerns had arisen. Extremely Happy with Cullen Residential Building.During the planning phase of our extension/renovation, we contacted and met with a number of builders. Some showed up but didn’t get back to us, others failed to complete a quote and some didn’t respond to phone calls or emails.We found Brady from CRB on the Hi Pages website. Right from our first meeting with Brady, we felt comfortable and confident working with CRB on our extension/renovation project.His excellent communication skills ensured that we were fully aware of what was involved in the building process every step of the way.Added to the complexity of the project was the fact that we as a family of five with 3 young children were living on site throughout the whole project. Brady and his team of tradespeople were very considerate and would always accommodate our needs. We were always so impressed in that the site was left very clean and safe at the end of every day for us to continue living somewhat normally during the build.At some stages of the job we made a few changes which can often be a point of conflict between clients and builders, but Brady was more than happy to work with us to ensure we were happy, often going beyond what we expected from him. If your in the Shoalhaven and need a builder I cannot recommend Brady from Cullen residential highly enough! From the beginning Brady was so organised and was very easy to communicate with. He took us rookies under his wing and absolutely smashed our vision with true professionalism the whole way. We couldn’t be more thankful to Brady and his amazing team of builders and trades. They have made our house feel truely like a home and that is credit to them.

We would highly recommend Brady! His work was excellent, always on time, fantastic communication - he always had great suggestions and was accommodating if changes needed to be made along the way. A great guy to have around! Adele answered all our questions and made sure we always understood what was happening. The weekly updates were fantastic.

I used Brady and his team to renovate my house. Their professionalism and standard of service was exemplary. I always knew exactly when they would be here, the quality of work was great, they cleaned up after themselves each day and they finished the work earlier than expected. They are also unfailingly friendly and courteous. I highly recommend them.
