Troy has done all my tattoo work but one tatt. Awesome and friendly guy. Takes care of his clients and always does an awesome job. The staff there are very friendly. The studio is very clean too. Highly recommend this place. Honestly go check them out.

They didn't care.My second tattoo, and first I booked online with Artistic Skin, and they confirmed the deposit and the appointment for a band of writing on my leg. Go to my appointment a week later, and find out they forgot to actually work on my tattoo. No apologies, no remediation, just a shrug.Annoyed but understanding, went in 2 days later for my appointment. The artist I had obviously hadn't done my design, and left me waiting an hour over the start of my appointment, fiddling over info I had already given them in my booking confirmation.We began, and she had to expand the design on my thigh, and then didn't listen to me when I asked for the writing to go left instead of right. I trusted her, considering she was the artist. I said she could wrap the writing instead of a band, and she waved it off. She was good in the actual tattooing process, taking her time.It came out back to front and too big, which is extremely disappointing. She didn't ask any other questions and just quoted me for the whole time I was there.I know (hope) I am maybe 1 percent of customers not satisfied, but if it's forever I expect that they take the time and care about their work and listen to their customers. Very disappointing.
