We have used this business in past. But the last few times the quality and cleanliness have been obviously lacking. After another recent bad experience we are never going back. Sloppy, dirty, low care attitude. Mt Eliza is a nice suburb and we deserve something better!

I get my nails done here quite often and I really love it. Always friendly and not the best nails ever but still pretty, done well, and last for quite a while. They are careful and sweet and not ridiculously pricey

Having recently moved to Mt Eliza I want to support local businesses and have had my nails shellacked a few times here. Sadly it has deteriorated and is absolutely filthy, unhygienic, unfriendly with a below average result and they show their displeasure if you dont pay cash. Definitely wont be back. As a previous writer stated “It’s Mt Eliza they could do better!”

They yelled at us being 12 year old kids, yanking our hands and trying to charge us extra. My friends and I found them very disrespectful and rude. My friends and I’s paint job was disgraceful. Over all I would not recommend coming here.

Had SNS. Really rushed job. Place looked very messy and unloved and dirty. I went here as I’m a local, but will go back to my normal place in Frankston. Uneven finish and uneven shapes across my fingers and really thick SNS. First time trying and unfortunately won’t go back.

They used to be ok, but the last few times I have had my acrylics done they have done a terrible job, the shape is nothing what I asked for and they look terrible. They seem unmotivated and the place needs a good clean. They also charged me $60 which I have never paid before ~ I will not be going back.

I got a fake nail sns and asked for a coffin nail. The person doing my nails did not maintain the same shape at all. They are wonky and I tried to ask for thin nails but not only are they still thick but uneven also.In addition, the person doing my nails did not want to understand that I wanted to get rid of the bumps on my nail which they ignored. Yes I payed 45 for this, but even then, I wouldn't recommend this nail salon.

Staff seem very disinterested and actually watched a movie on her phone while doing my nails. Very slap dash in doing the nails and the place is very grotty. Won’t be going back.
