These were our Pizza just delivered from Waitara. Rude on the phone and would not refund money for this rubbish. We ordered through their website-$70.04 for that !!!

Amazing authentic pizza and pasta! Always fresh and very tasty. Really friendly, and helpful staff. I’d recommend picking up your order, as the delivery option doesn’t offer working tracking via DoorDash.

Edit:I know that you don't cook your pizza like Dominos,that was the main reason I wanted to order it. We tried to the burned ones, we could taste very strong burnt, so please dom't tell me that is the right way to serve the italian pizza. Based on what you wrote - the other one before was uncooked?I find this comment from Farina as inappropriate in this situation. Another resaon to not come back.We ordered from this place three times.First time - all perfect, delicious pizza.Second time - pizza was good,but a bit burned.Third time, today... We received three pizza, two burned again. Such a shame,because they use very good ingredients, the pizza crust is just perfect. But we can't enjoy that when all is burned. Sorry,but won't be ordering again.

According to uber eats this is also the same address as pasta bowl hornsbysorry but this is the second time I have odered from you and its been wrong yet theres no way on uber eats to get my money back.months ago I ordered from st ives and thought fantastic - being that I live in Hornsby I thought I would give the hornsby shop a go but the quality is less- I found some grit in my pasta that was rock hard- cracked a tooth on it it was a bone fragment or something - thats simply not acceptable and the 1.25 l coke i bought- you delivered a can of sugar free- so this is garbage - can't seem to get my money back, don't want to eat the rest of the pasta as I don't want to have to go through it with a comb to get all the other rock hard whatever it is in there out

Dirty glass doors and windows. Loud music and untrained servers. We walked out after 10 minutes. Terrible experience. We booked via first tables so lost out $10 booking fee. Owner needs to check this out.

I ordered take away from farina’s Waitara, when we arrived the food was ready, however it was just sitting on the counter as they have no warmer to keep the food warm. When I arrived home the food was cold. Then i opened the pizza and there was a hair on it. I have been to the Turramurra restaurant many times and the service and food has been great. However I was really disappointed when the Waitara restraint didn’t meet my expectations

A disappointing “eat-in” experience - with old computer screen, open storage cupboard and kitchen equipment all in the dining area - plus it was freezing cold with a window that couldn’t be closed (and no heating).We were given takeaway menus and told the dine in price would be more.Pizzas were tasty.Service was friendly.
