San Marzano Wood Fired Ovens

Had these guys cater for my son's birthday. Great pizza's hot fresh and they kept coming all night. Everyone at the birthday loved the pizza's and want to use these guys for thier functions. Great service and great people who love what they do. Definitely won't dissapoint and highly recommended. Thanks guys for a great night.

I first purchased a wood oven from Gianni in 2013 because i needed it for filming my kitchen rules. Being so impressed with the oven itself, i later purchased another for my office. The ovens are so efficient at hitting their temperature and retaining their heat. They are so useful with what can be cooked in them. This ranges from not just traditional pizzas but also any type of meat or vegetable. Gianni was so easy to deal with and extremely knowledgeable. I highly recommend San Marzano ovens and would not go anywhere else.

We dealt with Gianni and he was extremely helpful in every way. Gianni was available to answer questions and gave wonderful advice. and support. The Team were extremely professional and we learned a lot through the whole process. The oven looks wonderful - thank you Gianni & Team.

I was referred to San Marzano Wood Fired Ovens by a friend in April 2023 as I was looking to purchase a pizza oven for my newly- built home. These guys were amazing from the beginning. Firstly the advice, planning, coordination, delivery was precise and as promised. The installation was so well organised with the team attending with the oven in pieces and installing all the components together within a full day. What a job! So much detail carried out so professionally and as promised.Seriously if you are looking for a pizza oven don’t waste your time elsewhere, this business has it all sorted and most importantly they will deliver what they promised.Im already looking to install another Valoriani Oven at my beach house. Many varieties on the market however The Valoriani TOP Series Wood Fired Ovens are in modular form unlike traditional brick ovens that can crack a lot easier especially in our case which we have made the oven portable (on a stand). We were always under the impression a wood oven was made only with bricks however these aren't. They are made in Italy, consisting of the cooking floor and crown made from cotto clay, not concrete, allowing for maximum heat retention and perfect baking and can either be installed by yourself or in this case we had Gianni build ours which we would highly recommend. Gianni, Kaly, Bec and Tony have gone above and beyond. Would highly recommend San Marzano Wood Fired Ovens if you are looking at purchasing a Wood Oven for your home or business.
