Best meet I’ve had in Sydney hands down. Their brisket is by far the best I’ve had in aus. A must try if you want a succulent, mouth watering meal.

Best meat I've ever had, even better than most fine dining experiences. Brisket was unbelievable and a must have if you visit! Service was as Australian and friendly as you could ever want. Small lip for my wheelchair but easily tackled, outdoor seating regardless but was full. Pictured is the tray for 2 people.

The meat is very filling for what you get, barely finished our portions. It is on the more expensive side of dinners in Newtown that you could get but it is quite satisfying. The service is quick and efficient as the food practically comes out as you order it.You do end up smelling a bit like barbecue after staying inside eating for half an hour so don't go anywhere important after that!The short rib was a little dry/disappointing but the brisket and pork rib was good. Also wish I tried the burnt ends which are usually a failsafe.Would probably go to treat myself every so often.

Fantastic BBQ low and slow smoked meat! It's an unassuming little place with the best tasting simple platters of meat. We had the Meat Platter for two with brisket, chopped pork and chicken. The chicken breast was a bit dry but the other two was fabulous! I need to come back cos I missed out on the Short Rib!

Slaw was fresh. The brisket bean was flavourful, but would like it to be cooked to a softer texture. Like the ribs, if there is more sauce wrapping it and sticking on my fingers, they will be the perfect ribs.

Ordered the meat plate with chopped pirk and brisket with sides of mac&cheese and slaw. Additionally i was curious about their ribs so added that to the stack. In summary the meats were deliciously tender and flavoursome. The slaw tasted clean and refreshing. The pickles provided the perfect balance to the richness of the meats. Overall a very pleasant lunch experience. I would love to see home made chilli sauce paired with the meats one day.

Sorry, I attacked the food before I took the photo! This is the brisket. It was awesome. It had a really nice rub on it that tasted great on its own. The slaw was excellent too. Usually slaw comes with way too much mayo, but this one had just the right amount. Service was fast and efficient as wellwe walked in with about 25 people and it wasn't a long wait before we were eating. I highly recommend checking this place out!

American Style BBQ meats served with traditional American sides, pickles and crisps. Meat was well basted and cooked well plenty of those lovely string flavours.Meat is given according to weight and can set you back a bit for the the price. The beef brisket and pulled meats are must tries.
