I rocked up as a late check in only to find my room wasn't even cleaned or made up at all.I ended up calling the property manager and she turned up and provided me with another room that was clean but there was no genuine apology for it. It was late at night after a long day of travel & I had to wait outside in the cold for some time before I was able to finally rest in a room that was clean. Except the next morning I noticed a dirty towel behind the bathroom door on the floor.

Great spot near the coast but the rooms are as you'd expect very basic. We had a bad smell of damp and a draught coming through the gaps in the door frame.It can also get quite loud at the weekend.

Nice clean room but in the early morning I could clearly hear other guests moving around and talking outside. Check-in staff were very friendly and helpful. Nice location close to beach and shops at the end of Anzac Hwy.

Situation is perfect 6 min walk to Glenelg beach. Bit of a long winded check in. Rooms were clean and tidy, but could do with new mattresses as these were very lumpy

The cleanliness standard has slipped to an all time low. Carpet stunk and when I walked on it my feet turned black from the filth. Room needed a good dusting. Won't be staying there again. Shame because the location is great.

Highly recommended. 4min walk to beach and Marina. Perfect location to walk to restaurants and pubs, heaps to choose from too. Great for kids. Rooms are clean and spacious bathrooms. Highly recommended.

I have never experienced anything like this in my life. 2 days prior to the day I booked in, my account was charged alot more than I was quoted. When I called to find out what was going on I spent 23 mins on the phone to the owner while she hurled abuse at me. Nothing could calm her down which was ironic considering I was the one out of pocket. Now one week after staying there I find they have dipped into my bank yet again. I now have $340 missing from my bank for a room I was quoted $140 for and they are denying it. All the transactions have their business name next to it yet they are telling me it wasn't them. After emailing them I was phoned by a different staff member who was again abusive, shouting down the phone at me that I was wrong, that the money isn't missing from my account. I offered her screenshots of bank statements but again nothing would calm her so I told her to eff off and hung up and now they are claiming in an email that I am harassing them. It makes me very nervous that these very clearly unhinged people now have my bank details and it's a huge inconvenience to have to change my card over. Stay clear of this place. I honestly don't even know how they are still operating. No customer service skills whatsoever and the rooms are feral anyway.

Needs a renovation and then it would be good value. Really disappointed that the WiFi did not work. The shower tap needs a new washer it dripped all night. Bed was comfortable. Bad design in the bathroom as it was hard to wash one's face as your head would hit the stupid shelf fixed above the basin. Staff very friendly and accommodating.
