I have been going to the clinic for some time now. Buying the packages in bulk when there is a 50% off sale makes laser affordable. The therapist Naaba is very kind and patient especially if you are not good with pain like myself. She makes the experience painless and is very thorough at doing her job.

I had my last session of laser hair removal there. The lady at the reception was very unwelcoming. The therapist that looked after me didn’t even take the time to introduce herself or tell me what I had to do, she just left me in the room. Never asked me once about the pain and literally burned my skin. She could clearly see my body language and see that I was in pain. Anywhere else therapists ask throughout the treatment if it’s not too painful.Just felt like I was a number and like I was bothering the therapist from being there. I had no issues with SILK clinics before but this one is to avoid…I’ll keep going to SILK clinics as I’ve had really good experiences in other clinics down south.

I had the worth experience ever in my life, from 2014 till now I used to go to laser clinics in Malaysia, Australia, other countries. always I got best result, but when I try laser hair removal in silk, the treatment was very bad the machine not working well, and my skin got burn. I told her that the machine is not really cooling, she stops the session and told me to postpone to later, they charged me money for nothing, I ask to change the area because I got burn and my skin become darker, the women at reception wasn't good in dealing and she was very very very rude talking to me, she refused to help me. all the people in the clinic were surprised because of her bad treatment. I pay 600+ for two small parts and I still get hair with burned skin. when I share this story with my friends, they told me that silk is the worth clinic in Australia, and the machine isn't working well and the workers there is not welcoming, so rude in dealing with customer + they are so over pricy, not organised in appointment and they always postpend my appointment or forgot it. now I'm dealing with another clinic which they are so kind, and the result is remarkable.

I have been a customer for over a year now and always had all my laser sessions with Nabaa and she is nothing less than amazing. I would highly recommend attending the CBD branch. They always have friendly staff and are all very welcoming. I don’t live near the city anymore but the experience is definitely worth the experience and service.

I have been going to Silk laser clinic CBD for over a year and so far it has been a great experience. The staff are very friendly, helpful and professional.They were very attentive and made sure I was comfortable as I was a bit nervous. All the staffs were thorough in their explanation and treatments and give good advice regarding after care. Overall had a great experience

It was my first time to have hair lasered on my face. The premises was welcoming and clean.The technician spoke to me at length, explained the treatment, how to perform aftercare and what results to expect.The treatment itself was very quick and I experienced no pain at all. I honestly did not know what to expect.The customer service was professional, informative and friendly.It was a fantastic experience for a newbie to this type of treatment.Too early to rate the effectiveness of the treatment....but so far I am very impressed with the experience.

Great staff here with professional advice. Prices are fairly high compared to other laser clinics but with the professional advice it's worth paying that little extra for peace of mind.Best to pop in the clinic and chat to them first about your needs.They tend to have certain discounts applied to certain treatments at different times

this happened few months ago but I never found time to write a review. I have been client at silk since at least 2.5yrs. I started hair removal at Baldivis shop where the ladies are super professional and friendly. Then I moved to the city so I had to use CBD shop. Worst experience ever. I bought twice in a row a 10sessions package. At my last session the lady at Baldivis told me that it was my last one on the package and offered to do another 10 sessions package. which i did. when that happened in Perth, the lady told me nothing and when I went back, proceeded to charge full price. When I asked why I wasn't offered like usual a package, she said to me that it's not their job to remind me when my package run off and I should keep track of it myself. Very rude. (lady is from east europe, croatian/serbian accent). everytime I had removal there was always done poorly, once i got asked to put after soothing gel on my face myself (with dirty hands coming from outside), that never once happened to me in Baldivis. Once i got the treatment done without shaving (they usually shave your chin to check where hair are and treatment doesnt work without shaving), once i had a whole 1 minute treatment with half face missed, another time treatment done in my face without protection on my eyes(asked me to simply close them).. etc etc etc. Since when i started to go there chin hair count started to increase. while in baldivis after the 10 sessions i had almost 0 within treatments. What gets me most is how rude, unprepared, and unprofessionals the staff at CBD is. I even got Botox done very nicely in Baldivis. Definitely Silk CBD won't see me and my money again.

The professional was absolutely caring and gentle with the machine for my first time. I did it once in Turkey and it was horrible painful, I told her and she was lovely with me, understanding my fears. Turns out it is almost not painful, a little on some parts but it is only few seconds like the Brasilia or next to the ankles. Here the pain is handable, and the service is perfect.
