Gecko TV Stands and Mounts

Possibly the worst customer service experience ever. I bought a tv from them which was faulty. They refused to honour the 3yr warranty period so i had to try first the ACCC and ultimately small claims tribunal to force them to provide warranty assistance. Even then they replaced the tv with a lower spec model than the faulty one.Seriously avoid these guys as their customer service is non existent. Also ignore the fake reviews which give them 5 stars. For example Hugh Lams review below is questionable given he is an employee of the company ! I would give them zero stars if i could. Hopefully my review helps somebody else avoid the pain of dealing with this company.Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

if it was possible to give them -5 stars, I would definitely do that. I burned my hard earned money when I bought from this business. Bought a brand new 75inch TV and it was delivered to me by one of their employees, and they damaged it during the transportation as, it was transported on its side which is not recommended by the manfacturer. I rang them up and got nothing, they are rude and unprofessional, morevover, they have extremely poor communications skills, not only but also, they barely speak English. They did reply to my emails using different domains (Not the business email domain). Please stay away from this business, buy from Harvey Norman or good guys, yes you pay extra, but those are legitimate companies and they care about their customers. STAY AWAY!!!

Bought a bracket a few months back and only just installed it now but so far so good. Guy that worked there that served us was very friendly and had a good range of different products.

Old mate went to alot of time and effort to help me find the right product for what i needed. He has a solution and product for every TV project.

Product worked for a week, hasn't worked since. No backup, won't return emails or calls. Wouldn't recommend motorised TV stand from this company.

Don't waste your time with these guys. 2 separate orders for a time-critical project, and both orders were shipped incorrectly. Still awaiting refund for second order 3 months later.Ordered again through JB HiFi and arrived within 2 days.

I have purchased a pair of Sonos wall bracket for one, SL. It is very good quality and perfectly fits the Sonos speakers. The quality of the product itself is superb. I had to contact the sales team with the freight charge initially. To my satisfaction, the service Gecko provided is outsanding. With this quality product, i want to make sure the installation and the wire to the speak are perfect. I have not found my time to wire it up yet. once it is done, i will post some photos to show how good it is. The item compared with the $160 a pair of sonos original meets the need with less than half the price. what a great product!!!

Been waiting for my order firstly on the website it says it’s in stock but upon placing my order I came to find out that it’s not in stock and had to continuously call and email but hardly get replies. Communication is terrible with this company, I have to constantly escalate and follow up, up to date I still do not have my goods with me and the item that was sent has still not been delivered , I have tried to contact the logistic company but they do not answer the phone either!This company is not worth the hassle at all , I am just over this. Your customer service stinks!And I will never be purchasing from you guys ever AGAIN!

As a personal experience/review I would strongly advise anyone from buying from these people. They sent a faulty item to me, refuse to help, refuse to give me my money back and when you do return it, they make no attempts to receive the item. After letting them know the return couldn't be delivered and was at the post office they said I am too busy to pick it up sorry

Excellent service, Great STRONG products, Very EASY to assemble and am going back for another stand for my other tv.The stand I bought from these guys was only meant to be for a 55inch but holds my 65inch with no issues at all.
