BEST LIBRARY I'VE EVER BEEN IN. Great kids activities from drawings, digital puzzles, science visual, great reading areas, lots of little table n chairs for kids, comfy seats for mum's n dad's, Nan n pops. A parents room and just a really nice open plan library that's very interactive n fun.2 minutes from buses n trains in the heart❤️ of Ipswich.

A lovely library with lots of study spaces. Plenty of parking nearby, the carpark has the first 3 hours for free. A few rooms available that can be booked for up to 4 hours but book out quickly so need to do this in advance. Haven’t had a problem finding a desk here to study. Only downside is that it’s noisy inside sometimes, especially when there are stalls/shops directly outside. Still a great place, quite new and modern looking too!

A brilliant new facility, large and spacious state of the art building.Areas are clearly defined, work and reading nooks, meeting rooms, training room, free computers for those that don't have access to computers or software.Free WiFi, endless resources for all levels.Complete disability access, free parking below for the first 3 hours. The library offers talks and free community interest workshops all free with you're library membership. This is the gold standard of a community library.

Staff are helpful, lovely new building, top notch facilities.Strangely enough, books aren't as plentiful as the old library, available but need to be requested.Browsing the shelves was half the fun!Still, must embrace the new, the world changes, as it always has.

We at HQ Photo Booths set up a photo booth and light up numbers at this venue last weekend. Everything is new and clean. Staff are also top-notch.

The outside view is lovely, pathways are upgraded and clean with a sleek and modern design. Really elevates Ipswich CBD. The Library is modern and clean, well equipped, very friendly staff who are happy to help. Need to register you're there by QR code or see a staff member. The rooms you can book are great, with charging ports in the table, flat screen tv, whiteboard - but take a jacket as the aircon in the rooms can get very cold!! Has one 'silent' booth with soundproofing which can fit two people, but due to Covid-19 only one person allowed in there. Has open booths (with views outside) along one side of the library, with charging ports in the tables. Nice restful atmosphere. Look forward to seeing the dedicated children's library when it opens!!Update 16-08-2021Behind the lifts to the library the precinct hasa fun water feature that doubles as a kids splash 'n' play, and also free large change room and toilet facilities. The precinct has a food area with tables/chairs and sun umbrellas, two food vans and a coffee van. Really nice to relax and have a snack.

A great variety of books, but less older ones. Plenty of audio and video options too. There's a Virtual Reality setup so you can go to the moon, or Burning Man, whatever floats your boat. 3D printing demo and tech set-up. Plenty to entertain here, and if not, there's always the kids' library across the mall and the waterfall style fountain for a wake-up call ☔️. A short pleasant walk from Riverlink, across a footbridge, or from Central station - even closer. Keep your Gelatissimo member card in the same wallet as your library card. It's in plain view across the mall.

I love this library.. And I'm a self confessed libraryholic. It has so much stuff. Books, DVDs, music are all obviously organised into sections... But also there is the 'selections section' that have the top picks as recommended by staff or trending or pop culture or whatever. Plus there are study rooms, meeting areas, computer and printing facilities. It's a great library.
