An isolated oasis. Many pelicans cruising the beautiful blue waters, surrounded by mountain ranges enhanced by the contrast of the rocky terrain and rich red dirt against the subtle green hues of the trees and spinifex grasses that manage to find a way to grow here. The trees are adorned with Rainbow Bee-Eaters.

Great place for camping. The access road is well maintained and easily accessible by four wheel drive in the dry. Some camping spots are easy to get too and a few distant ones require a bit more technical 4x4 work to access. Lots of shade and swimming places. Wasn't too many people there when we were there. Nice of the owners to allow access.
