We had a wonderful experience at Talkshop with Jemima. My daughter absolutely adored Jemima and she progressed so well. Jemima was so helpful with also sending us videos of their session to help guide us in each task for the week. My daughter was always so excited to attend the session. Very professional facility too.

Super friendly, Put me at ease at once. Professional and caring. We saw our son's speech difficulties improve much faster than we anticipated and his therapist liaised with his school to make sure we were all supporting him in the best way possible. Would recommend this therapy service to anyone needing speech pathology services on the Northern Beaches!

After first contacting Talkshop on the 8th of Feb, I left a last message on WhatsApp that they use on the 28th of Mar. After making the payment for my daughter's assessment we got ghosted. Wasted our time and money. This was with Mimi Naylor the director, so not a very professional business. I would definitely not recommend. I am not adding photos because I don't want my daughter's details public. Update: Yes Mimi, I have heard a lot of excuses, however; the app you chose to communicate on shows that you were reading the messages and ignoring them. If you changed your number" you wouldn't have been reading them. I haven't contacted you back because after all this
