I love coming here for affordable products though my reason for being a returning customer is the service is excellent, someone to look out for is jimmy, full of knowledge and loves a good laugh

Always great service great product and the best service I always get from jimmy he’s the best for so many years.

I only shop online as I don’t have time during business hours to go in store. There was a minor issue with my order and the Beautopia Customer Happiness Team were absolutely fantastic in resolving it. They were super quick to respond, so kind and polite and provided a resolution so fast. Cannot recommend them enough, as a professional in the hair and beauty industry it’s a priority that I shop from reliable suppliers, and Beautopia exceed my expectations every time. 10/10 for service and product choice. I had an issue with a Wahl product and I called the shop for assistance. The wonderful lady took the time to listen to my questions and gave me great advice regarding the proper maintenance and regular oiling and tensioning of the blades. My shears are now working like new. Thank you very much. I was starting to look like a hippy :)

Sells those hard to find products and staff are really friendly. I find the shop lifting wall of shame" all over the front door off putting and always makes the place look boarded up and not open. They also spend alot of energy watching your every move around the store which can make the experience somewhat unpleasent. In saying that

The staff were really lovely and friendly. There was no pressure to shop and they were happy to answer any questions.I do however think that more product knowledge is required for products outside of the Beautopia brand/range of products.

I came here for the first time today, whilst i was in store i just wanted to have a squiz as its the first time here. And holy smokes, jimmy was absolutely awesome, I overheard him with a few customers and he was the guy that knows everyones name, what they get, what business they run etc, like he is one of the guys that people would go out of their way to be served by. I think i was served by Megan, and she helped answear a question about a neck brush as i am starting to do my misses hair cuts, and she was super helpful and gave me some tips on my first time use and was overall super friendly and nice. Absolutely fantastic service and i will come here again and again due to these two.Great prices too!
