Due to a snap Isolation to a 2nd round of positive C19 we had to cancel our short stay 3 days before arrival.Jeanette, can’t thank you enough for all your understanding and support around our booking and cancellation experience.We didn’t get to stay but we definitely will a little down down the track.Much gratitude from the Merzian family.

No communication leading up to my stay. I had to chase them less than 24 hours before my stay for information of how to enter the property. The house had no water on arrival and poor reception made this stressful to resolve. They were not helpful and we resolved it ourselves.The house was not to the luxury standard of the price paid.
