I usually would not use inspector recommended by agent as there might be a conflict of interest, but I took up the recommendation because the very short turnaround time I had. Boy I was surprised after receiving a detailed report of more than a hundred pages listing dozens of defects which dismayed me a bit about the property. The customer service team at Fangs was great at explaining to me the seriousness of the defects and rough estimated cost of repair. The whole process was remarkably simple, the inspection was initiated by a simple call and next thing I knew, everything was all booked in and good to go.
