This was hands down the best Indian food I’ve eaten at a wedding! I have been fortunate to have photographed a number of weddings that Urban Tadka have catered for.

Went there for a private function party and it was excellent. Very well catered, great space, good facilities, and excellent entertainment, music D.J. dancing and away from residential area so that the music and sound could be blasting well into the night... Well, for me anyway... Not that late that the Bourbon and Beef Steak" was your only next option... If you can remember that far back..."

Food - The food here really is epic. It is up-market Indian food, some of the best I have had. They do a very nice range of wines and cocktails too.Ambience - a great atmosphere. There is free and ample parking right outside too.Service - the only thing stopping this place from getting 5 stars. Most of the service is okay/good but be prepared to wait long times for food on weekend evenings. On several occasions, frustratingly, the waitress didn’t write down our order and then forgot a few items. But this was made up by other staff.

I was a guest at a Bday Dinner on Thursday evening. It sure was a great place for such an event.But I wish there was lighting to the name board at the entrance from main road and better signage directions inside. For 1st timers ..its a necessity!

We hired Urban Tadka to cater for our reception in January. We are so grateful for the quality of the food and the service provided by Dimpy and his staff. We had 4 courses and every course was excellent. Their prawn twisters and lakhnawi seek kebab are two of my favourites.It was an excellent experience working with Dimpy. Our guests loved the food.Thank you for your hard work in making our day even more special!

I have been coming to this restaurant for years with my family and can say this is one of the best in Sydney. This restaurant is definitely worth the travel and you won't be disappointed. The food is always good and never had any issues. The drinks are very creative and they come up with new things on a regular basis. The manager recognises us as regular customers over the years and let me tell you, they know how to treat you well. They recommend custom drinks and provide us with exclusive new items such as a desert to try before it has been launched. They are an award winning restaurants for many years in a row and this can be seen on their wall when you enter. Will definitely be coming here for many more years.
