Thank you to Kim who helped us with Mums funeral. Kim was so kind, helpful and considerate. Not only did she talk about Mum with respect and dignity, she also treated us with utmost respect, kindness and professionalism. Nothing was too much trouble for her, which helped make the process a little easier for us.

Losing a family member comes with many challenges and the last thing you need is for any added stress when planning a funeral. Fortunately for us we turned to Neilsens. Kim and the team were Professional, respectful, diligent and enormously helpful. Beautiful venue, execution on the day was perfect. Can't recommend highly enough.

The quality of service was excellent from the beginning to the end. Lynne was my consultant who I liaised with in all meetings for my son’s farewell. Her beautiful tender compassionate and kind touch was exceptional
