Recently I stayed for three nights at this nicely renovated old terrace house right in the middle of Redfern. The room was very well appointed with microwave fridge toaster etc the bed was super comfortable and the shower was superb with extreme hot water and plenty of pressure. Location was ideal with numerous eating establishments close-by for meals. The small front yard was suitable for parking my motorcycle off the street. The keycode access was simple to use.

Amazing! Incredibly nice host and a very nice, fresh and cosy room. Perfect location. Great price! Close to train station and heaps of cafes. Food store just around the corner. Highly recommend to stay here while exploring Sydney!

I like the place clean and adequate airconditioning for short stays and weekenders .. attentive staff and close to amenities woolworths, train station, restaurants and cafes, good security and safe.

I inspected this property as I work nearby and may have friends, clients or colleagues staying in the area. The renovation is extremely high quality and each of the six self-contained suits is smart, clean and well appointed. Each is air conditioned and has security entry. The location is brilliant with a dozen or more cafes and restaurants nearby as well as transport and a pub. Redfern Park in a few metres away and is one of the great urban parks with Australian and exotic species, sculptures, café and adjacent Redfern Oval. Woolworths supermarket is just round the corner. Highly recommended.

Location of the BUXTON HOUSE is central!! Walking distance to the city and 2 train stations. Rooms are fitted out to perfection with everything you need. This is 5 star accommodation for great prices!! Bed linens is quality and super plush!! Love the modern finishes in a Victorian House!! It really inner city Sydney terrace living!! Love it and highly recommend this accommodation!!

The apartment was as advertised, clean and thoughtfully furnished. As a host Charles was professional, responsive and generous - couldn’t be better. Will definitely stay again.
