My mum came to the practice as an emergency. She was in excruciating pain and begged to be seen by a dentist. They didn’t even allow her to enter, and turned her away, saying they’re fully booked.Shocking that they would turn someone away who was crying of pain instead of trying their best to accommodate for her.My mum went to another dentist in the auburn area, and they admitted her right away after seeing the condition she was in (even though they too were fully booked).

Dentist explained all the problems with understandable terms and provide treatments.Professionally they have good team.
