Worst customer service I’ve come across. No delivery options - you’ll need to organise everything yourself.

A maze of mirrors! We were very happy with the miror we purchased. The lady in the store was very patient and kind with us when we were showing her photos ofthe room and asking for recommendations.

I purchased a very large mirror on appro" as I had concerns it would not fit. It did not and I had the mirror delivered back to the business in perfect condition. The manager has informed me she is not able to refund my credit card and I will have to send an email request to her boss

We,ve bought 2 mirrors from this business for our old classic house and both were perfect!! The friendly customer service and advice on how to care for them properly was invaluable!! (Art deco style). We’ll DEFINITELY be back to purchase another for our next house.... Cheers Steve and Trudy.

Absolutely rude lady! How she is in business is beyond me. I would not purchase from this business.

It dawned on me last weekend when I went to the Mirror Gallery, that these guys have been in business for almost two decades!. Over the years I just always knew to send clients, friends, and family to the Mirror Gallery for their amazing! variety and such reasonable prices. So last weekend I needed a couple of mirrors for my new place, and again was so surprised at their impressive range which they store in themed rooms!, it made it SO much easier and quicker to select mine. Again I thought how reasonably priced they are, compared to their competitors. I get to see a lot of mirrors in my interior design industry, and have seen variety - these guys know what they are doing and understand the beauty of all sorts of mirror frames, and how to keep prices affordable. Good work Mirror Gallery!! we love! the mirrors we bought from you last weekend.

Went to look at mirrors at the Brisbane location. Beautiful selection of mirrors but the customer service is the worst I've experienced. If it was all based on customer service it would be negative 3.Was treated SO RUDELY by the woman working. Even though you are getting ready to close does not mean you need to be so rude. Would love to support this small business but the owner needs to put someone else in the customer service role here....In response - As i discussed with you on the phone it was not just being told you was closing it was the lack of customer service and rudeness that led up to this. I was there for a bit before she finally spoke to me. She very abruptly walked past me when I was in the front without saying a word. I have no reason to make this up. Maybe you should check your cameras if you have them. As a business owner I am surprised you want to make excuses to this behaviour as per mine and other reviews on here. Best of luck with that!
