Couldn't have asked for any more - Doug was great to deal with, met him at the shop and we did a bit of a drawing due to my property being a far distance away, good pricing and the installers did a great job, very accommodating and worked around little problems with good solutions, very clean job and couldn't be happier. Will be contacting again soon for servicing and maintenance on a different property instead of the usual people :)

Well what can i say. This company did exactly what they said they would! On-time, professional, friendly and most of all good value for money. Paul and the team at Airconditioning HQ were very pleasent to deal with, i took my floorplan in, discussed all the AC options they had to offer and i ended up going with the ducted Daikin RC AC system. The team showed up on time at 7.15am and the full system was installed on the same day. The team were clean and tidy and explained the whole system to me, i find the touch pad / app option we went with is brilliant! Control the whole AC system from your phone, super impressed. Thanks again Paul and the team at AC HQ, i will be recommending you to family and friends.

Can't recommend these guys enough! We approached Paul to initially get a quote to replace our ageing ducted A/C system. Within a few minutes chatting he had recommended not spending so much money and instead to install a couple of split system units. Paul was incredibly knowledgeable and explained the pros and cons of both split systems and ducted A/C. The two units were installed by Simon and Brendan (sparky) on Monday 28th November. They were incredibly professional, clean and tidy. All completed within a few hours. We opted for Mitsubishi. The units are very quiet. We also bought the optional wifi control which allows us to control the units from an App on our phone (definitely recommend!!). Thank you again, Paul and team.

Admittedly I am someone who likes to be thorough, I engaged a couple of AC providers after reading the Google reviews – I approached Aircon HQ with lots of questions, Doug was amazing responding to all my questions promptly providing me with some great advice. Some other providers that I had contacted at the same time still have not even replied to me.Doug was very accommodating I cannot fault the service to be honest, when I finally agreed on a unit an invoice was emailed to me the same day, I paid the deposit and had unit installed the next day.Installer Llyod was fast, efficient very professional, cleaned up after himself.So, if you need anything AC related and wondering who to use, do yourself a favour and drop these guys a line.We are very happy with the end product which looks fantastic, we have no hesitation in highly recommending Aircon HQ,
