I am looking again at my review to make sure that I am telling the true story, no exaggeration and no lies.This is because Sydney Art Flooring have engaged Rose Litigation lawyers and they are threatening/bullying me with legal action if I do not remove this review. Amazing! The more I thin about it, the maddrer I get. have the shut down all the reviews they don't like by threatening legal action?I need to contact Google for advice and regardless, I stand by my story and I have all the facts to prove it.What happened was that the floor was faulty, probably still is and had streaks everywhere and it looked as though the stain had not taken properly in the timber. No-one could explain it and we were told it was nothing, simple wear and tear, scratches! The more we looked, the more we found. These were not just scratches, they were faults. I have the photos. Reshad came to the house after our encouragement and he tried to rub it off with Turpentine and it did not work.We heard so many excuses and reasons for the bear timber streaks through out the floor. I have photos.We just wanted the floor fixed and I had to fight to get someone to answer our calls and finally after much stress, the supplier came to look at the floor. Wonderfloors, was no help at all. She blamed everyone- the builder, floor layer, us! She decided that it was glue marks and she spent awhile mesmerised, stretching the floor with her fingernails and telling suit was coming off. It did not. She finally just refused to answer my calls and provided nothing more than a floor warranty and maintenance sheet that strangely we had never received. It was unrelated!We were told many stories and untruths and no one ever said to us what I wanted to hear... that they were sorry for what happened and would help to correct the damage. Even now they have gone to litigation rather than talking to me?Finally, after months of our constant follow-up and preparedness to go to Fair Trading and Timber specialists, Sydney Art Flooring, agreed to have the floor cleaned. For that we are grateful! The person who came to clean" the floor

Great customer service and excellent variety of beautiful rugs and timber flooring.We were assisted and looked after well. The customer service was superb.. explained all the care and instructions to look after the rugs better than any other rug stores.We ended up finding what we liked ! And prices were better than other rug stores.Highly recommended to anyone who wants a stress free experience.

Had a new floor installed and the job was done in less then a week from our first contact. Reshand went the extra mile to help resolve an issue with the manufacture. The result is great and as I value customer service, I will recommend Sydney art flooring in the future!

We purchased all our flooring from Sydney Art. Not only we found the best quality, but their customer service was really above and beyond our expectations. When our builder needed urgently the stairs nosing, the owner of the company brought it in his car to our house so we don't miss any milestone. He and his team have been absolutely amazing to deal with. Thank you Reshad and team for the great flooring we bought :)

If I could give 0 stars I would. I came in to Sydney Art Flooring to look at the carpet options and found it extremely difficult to get a straight answer from the staff. Each sample had to be priced separately and they misquoted me in writing and in the store multiple times without apologising for their mistakes. Super dodgy business, I will take my business elsewhere.

Fantastic, recommended by neighbours and couldn't be happier with the results. It was a pleasure working with these guys. They communicated throughout and followed up even after the flooring was complete to confirm that we were satisfied with the end result.. They were on time and very helpful. Definitely recommend to others. Our friends and family are also looking to have their flooring done by sydney art flooring.Thank you very much again.
