What a lovely guy, I turned up with my wife's laptop after we had already been to a main high street retailers seeking advice as it would not switch on. On arrival The Lap Top Guy assessed the laptop, he somehow switched it on, I reckon just crossing his threshold repaired it, anyway, he conducted a thorough assessment of it, carried out a malware sweep and declared it fit for use. I asked how much for his time and assessment and he would not charge me, I can not recommend this guy highly enough, he will be my 'Go to' for all future issues with our laptops. Thank you so much for your outstanding customer service and professionalism.

York was down to Earth and easy to trust straight away. He was then able to fix my screen before my workshop tomorrow, which I am very grateful for. He also noticed another issue my laptop was having and showed me how to clear it up. I'm totally pleased to have given York a call, and I'd recommend The Laptop Guy to anyone!

I can't thank York enough. I was stuck and my personal work from home computer had broken; as you would expect on a Friday. York tested and tried everything to get it sorted but ultimately it was beyond repair. He was able to help me arrange a replacement and saved all my personal information and transferred everything to my new computer. I was up that creek without a paddle but was able to get it all done on the Saturday. I cant thank him enough for understanding and making it all happen effortlessly at short notice.

I needed my laptop fixed urgently due to a broken hard drive connector. Took it straight over and had it fixed within the hour. York even used a part off his own computer to fix mine. Great service.

My son dropped his laptop and toasted the screen. The Laptop Guy was absolutely awesome! Amazing fast turnaround (20mins) and very cost effective. Outstanding customer service too. Would highly recommend! Hopefully I don't have to use him again but if I do I wouldn't go anywhere else. Simply fantastic!
