I recently had to buy a new computer as my main work pc had decided it wanted to go into retirement. Ben grabbed a few required specs off me and then advised what computer he thought would suit best.The level of service provided was top shelf and he bent over backwards to help get me up and running again smoothly and with little disruption, he even delivered a part that I needed to my home well after closing hours. I run a veterinary clinic and always very busy and don't have time to deal with IT issues, phone downtime & dishonest sales tactics by big telcos. Since changing over to TFCS the transition has been seamless.Ben managed to organise our transition to NBN & new VOIP system upgrading from out 20 year old business phones with not a single minute of downtime.It's great to have a single point of contact with any IT related issues that can be sorted promptly.

Ben has provided excellent IT support for the past 5 years and most recently integrated our new practice management software program seamlessly.
