They handed us an extremely dirty, unhygienic, deplorable property. Reasonably clean" in my definition would not include blood in the sink or pubic hair all over the bathroom floor. It was so bad that even the cleaner admitted it was awful. Head office had to be contacted and at this point the old owner ended up refunding us a weeks free rent. I have photos of what it looked like when we moved in vs when we moved out. But I have decided to spare them the embarrassment of posting them on the internet. The entire tenancy maintenance was slow
