worst experience when it comes to hire them to get a job done.. I've been chasing around to get my tax invoice for a job done back in 6th.Dec.21 and literally no one is replying. better yet, it took them around a month to finish the job.. could it get any worse!!

The worst company ever! We have done some work for them and chasing the invoices and but they never pay. If you want to do any work for them, take full upfront payment. At some point, they will send some internal fake payment receipts and convince you to believe your payment has been done but the truth is , you will never get the payment in your bank account.

My first job started with glad group at “Westfield Eastgardens” and must say it was an amazing journey for me. Each and every single employee were always prepared to standby for their coworkers. Guided by the Manager and Supervisor who maintained kept cheered up everyone with their dynamic personalities.

I have been employed by Glad Group as concierge staff for over a year and my experience has been very pleasant. They're extremely professional and one's hard work and dedication never goes unnoticed. Their management is very hands on and is always looking at ways to improve and support their staff. The work culture across the sites is very welcoming. Being part of Glad Group you'll receive maximum exposure to the corporate industry and have ample opportunities to grow professionally!

One of the worst companies to work for. They don't care at all for their employees, I was advised that I will be promoted however, no contract was given and my pay was decreased. I am working more days than I was previously. Tried to contact the business manager who palmed me off to the supervisor who also shrugged it off. Not sure what to think of this company anymore... No wonder why they have high turn over of staff members.

Worst company to work for. They are very unprofessional in every aspect. You ask for a new uniform and next thing you know you are getting made redundant. They underpay there staff and when brought to there attention they get rid of you.They don't pay your Super or Long Service either.I would not recommend working for this company.

I have worked for Glad Group since 2009. I started as a casual employee and have worked my way up to Client Service Manager. I have been given opportunity , support and encouragement from my Managers. I cannot see myself working for any other company.

I worked at the site of 2 Park St. Sydney.Unfortunately the site was taken over by another security comp.. I was so happy with the site and the Company was always helpful. I must say it is unfortunate that the reviews I have read don’t do the company proud and I must voice my opinion.Glad is and always will be the best company I had worked for and my only reason to not accept another position when the takeover was on is that I had an opportunity to go overseas.I did not wish to leave and have the company train another which is very time consuming.I only wish the company well and do maintain the fact that the pay was great, hours were to suit me and a freebie coffee.So if a person were to be fortunate to be employed by Glad I wish them all the best.Regards,Mark Mcgreal.

Great working environment and culture. I've been working here for more than 2.5 years and I found managers & supervisors helpful as well as supportive.

I always believe that Glad group are the best cleaning company however, after COVID19 I think owner and CEO should reorganise all the sites that glad have contract and site managers must have more knowledge and well trained especially site manager at centre point Westfield shopping centre.
