Ashtanga Yoga Margaret River
I have been going to Alys’ classes for quite a long time and will continue to do so, having moved to be nearer her classes and Shala.Her Mysore programme is exceptional. Her beginners programne is very supportive from all accounts and led classes are popular, always fun and a great introduction to yoga.There are plenty of class times to choose from and her community and kindness focus provides a wonderful platform to explore yoga or go deeper in your own practice.Alys is the real deal.

I have been going to Alys' classes for many years. She is a wonderful teacher, welcoming and attentive to all students and their different needs, whether they are beginners or experienced. I love the space, very calming and feels like a little hidden sanctuary. Highly recommend!

A beautiful space to practise Ashtanga in Margaret River! Alys is the teacher and is wonderful - very experienced and very patient with newbies like me. Safe, clean and welcoming - would definitely recommend to anyone!

This studio is so amazing! Alys is an absolutely incredible teacher and I felt so comfortable practising ashtanga for the first time with her.The space holds a really beautiful energy and was such a pleasure to practise in!
