After reading up about this water filtration system we decided to buy a free standing water unit which supplies both hot and cold filtered water. The sales person was very helpful and had a good knowledge of the products. The unit arrived within the time specified and tracking was a bonus. We are very happy with this system so far.

Very poor customer service. Promised to supply a replacement of a broken switch to operate water flow in 3 days. It is now 15 days & no switch. Phoned & promised to supply again, after supposedly the courier failed to deliver the first time, which is now 8 days ago & still no part. The only difference now is they don't answer the phone & they don't return calls from 3 calls so far. Very poor perfomance, very quick to take the $75.00 for the part & don't seem to care at all. We have a water cooler that we can't use. We are on tank water & require filtered cold water. Not too much to ask is it!! Fair Trading will be the next step.

My prill beads I have had three years but never kept using my water from my 7.6 litre glass container and just noticed they have gone a bit green my fault obviously but can they be cleaned and reused or do I buy some more thank you they are very good I must say
