I have ordered from them since the day they opened and never once regretted it. The staff are amazing at what they do, quick, fast and reliable service always. Even during the busiest of times they make sure to do their best to stay ontop of everything, never once have I received a damaged product, If you're ever in need of pop culture goodies and movies, this is the shop you need to see.

I ordered from this company online and received a damaged package to which they said they checked before they sent out. I sent them two emails via their website to which I got no response. I then emailed them via the email on their page which they were helpful but also inconsistent with their replies, upon not recieveing a reply on my final email I asked someone else to email them for me. I now will have to pay for it to be sent back to recieve a new one or to get a refund, I will not be purchasing from here again.Edit: As seen below they are unwilling to take responsibility. They would not reply to my emails on multiple occasions and are claiming I broke it, it is not my problem if someone at your company is in hospital, you should be a professional business.If I had the piece I would glue it on, I have a collection of figures and occasionally glueing is required, however how can I glue a piece I don't have... Very disappointed...

I love this store! They have everything you could ever want, and if by chance they don't.. they do their absolute best to get it for you.Love this family so much!

I can't count how many hard to find and rare Martial Arts films they've tracked down for me. Have also purchased many collectables there.Not only a huge and great range of products in store, which is a 'kid in a candy store' experience in itself, but once you see how friendly and knowledgeable on all things pop culture the people that work there are - you will refuse to shop anywhere else!
