Luke has been keeping our lawns and gardens beautifully maintained for around 12 months now. He is professional, does a great job and leaves the area fresh and clean every time.

I originally came across Luke from air tasker where he completed a task and did a great job. I wanted to use Luke again for ongoing routine lawn maintenance and arranged a time for our first job. Unfortunately Luke's schedule must have been busy because of recent rain, which is understandable - however, I was continually following up agreed times only to have them rescheduled. It was always me chasing Luke up to confirm he would be attending, in the end after agreeing to come out today, rain hail or shine - Luke emailed around the time I would've expected him, to say that he just couldn't attend. Disappointing, because I continued to try and reschedule over the past week and it just never happened. Rain happens I get it, but a phone call or email with a heads up would've been really appreciated, rather than being reactive to me chasing him up.

Unreliable. Left mud on walls after pressure wash. Paid extra to take rubbish to the dump with the agreement that Luke would return. He took the money and never came back. Stoped replying to messages.
