Code Signing certificates are supposed to be hard to obtain, but with the great help and expertise of the SSLTrust team we were able to navigate the process successfully. Our company presented unusual problems for the process which had caused an attempt with another provider to fail miserably afetr several months. SSLTrust stepped into the breach and guided us through to a successful outcome. There communication was clear, their website easy to navigate, and their integration with CA providers was seamless. We would highly recommend.

We have ordered an code signing certificate from SSLTrust. Validation was a bit tricky in our case (because of reasons not related to SSLTrust), so had to contact support. The service was exceptional and just a local phone call away. We first spoke to Paul - an experienced and knowledgeable person, who was very helpful and friendly. He then followed up with emails and kept an eye on our case, in timely manner. With Paul's help we managed to get this accomplished and get our certificate. I recommend SSLTrust for all Australian customers and will certainly use their service again.

I was utterly and totally confused, even buying the wrong type of SSL Certificate that I needed. Trying to work out the intricacies of Wildcard SSL for 3 Servers has been a two week adventure into an area of Domain security that I have never had to venture into in the past.Spending money with our registrar for SSL certs was the wrong way to go first up.Once I found SSL Trust, purchasing and setting up SSL was easy, I just didn't know enough about Sub domains and wildcards to get the right one.Emailing SSL Trust to gain assistance and clarity on what I needed on a Friday evening and having the best support and advice come back within the hour was quite simply, refreshing and unexpected. A bit of back and forth between Paul and myself sorted out any questions I had and gave me the instructions to get exactly what I needed - outstanding!Paul organised for the incorrect SSL to be cancelled and credited which was a nice bonus and helped me feel better that I hadn't wasted money on the wrong certificate unlike the registrar who can't cancel or credit.I won't be doing a lot of SSL Certificates in the future but I have found the one company that I will use when I need to, SSL Trust!
