Very happy I found this store. Well curated selection of items for smart casual clothing and shoes. Standard prices are fair and sales prices are a steal. I recently purchased a pair of Ferracini brown leather shoes that are stylish and comfortable, sold to me by a shop attendant who was helpful and not pushy. If you want multiple items, they do deals too.

Shopped there today for some ties for my husband. Excellent service and honest opinions. There was a good range of nice and current trend ties. They showed me how they'd match with blue shirts/white shirts and the different coloured suits my husband had. Made my decision easy. Prices were very reasonable. Recommended! And much better than fighting parking at the major shopping centres.

The staff listened to what I needed, put effort into getting the right solution at a very reasonable price, and were warm and friendly. I will definitely be back.

I don't often feel the need to review things on Google very often, but a recent experience with Raymond's Menswear has prompted me to write one.From the moment I walked into the store, until the moment I left almost an hour later, I was given the highest level of customer service. The team at Raymond's provided me with a last minute Tuxedo for a Charity Dinner that I had to attend, and with very limited time before the event, they were able to fit me with a new Tuxedo and fit it with their onsite tailor.While it's hard for terrestrial based retailers to compete with online prices, I will happily walk into Raymond's for every menswear need in the future as in my opinion, you can't put a price on service, and these guys nail it every time.Great product range, and the best service I have ever received from a retailer. I will be back.

Service was excellent, very friendly owners. Purchased suit on Wednesday afternoon, picked it up the next afternoon with alterations done. Very good quality suit. Highly recommended business in Crows Nest.

Went there to try on some Baxter boots. I am normally apprehensive of and guarded around sales people but the man was genuinely very helpful and really knew his stuff about how they should. Was able to compare the Baxters to other boots including RM Williams. Very high level of service - and with a New Year discount, the boots were 25% cheaper than you can find them anywhere online

I needed a new suit at the last minute. Raymond looked at me and grabbed the right sized jacket, shirt and trousers. I was in and out in little time at all. They were immensely helpful during an otherwise stressful time. Highly recommended!

Was recommended to see these gentlemen. Their fitting was second to none. Have sound advice on the products. Making you confident on your decision.I personally hate shoe shopping because I walk out with something that doesn't fit or I am not happy with when I get home. This was a refreshing change, with old fashioned quality service with a smile.
