I have attended Annmarie’s Boogie Bounce class and the energy is on another level!! She is so enthusiastic, fun, inviting and she offers options for every capability in class whether it be a regular attender, or someone brand new to rebound fitness. Highly recommend her classes!!

WOW. Never thought I would say this about excercising but Boogie Bounce is a FUN way to exercise and lots of laughter.. Our Instructor AnnMarie is amazing. Her zest for fitness with a bit of laughter and fun keeps us all coming back. If you havnt tried it yet give it a go. You will love it.

I've loved this class every since I first tried it in January 2022. AnnMarie is so positive and always smiling and makes exercising enjoyable. I started taking my daughter with me who is a fan too. I love it.
